The Property Manager had several objectives on this project. Clearly they wanted the potential safety issues corrected and to improve the aesthetics of the property . PSI removed the old railroad ties and disposed of them per regulations, graded & built a new retaining wall and repaired/replace the privacy fence. The adjacent area was graded, seeded and fertilized. We added straw for cover.
