This large industrial manufacturing facility had relocated some of their manufacturing equipment and needed to repair / replace the floor for future high fork truck usage. The equipment’s old footings and foundation pads had to be removed to provide a smooth concrete finish. The new floor was formed-up in large sections, 4” of gravel was installed, vapor barrier and rebar mat followed per code and then 8” of high strength concrete was poured. The floor has a smooth finish. As you can see, precautions where put in place to maintain dust to an acceptable level.
