The Great Southern Bank in St. Charles , Missouri requested a complete tear out and replace of their concrete approach off Muegge road. At the same time, the building inspector from St. Charles Mo. requested that the sidewalks leading into the approach be upgraded to meet the American Disability Act (ADA) specification.
