The FED X building in Maryland Heights was required to have their side exterior steps and landing replaced. Not only were the steps rusted badly but the grate treads cause a safety issues with certain types of shoes. PSI fabricated a new stair assembly off certified engineering drawings. All metal was replaced, anti slip skid plates mounted on landing, step treads and new handrails installed to code. After clean up, the entire assembly was coated with a red primer.
