Great Southern Bank – New Concrete Approach

The Great Southern Bank in St. Charles , Missouri requested a complete tear out and replace of their concrete approach off Muegge road. At the same time, the building inspector from St. Charles Mo. requested that the sidewalks leading into the approach be upgraded to meet the American Disability Act (ADA) specification.

Lake St. Louis – Stamped Patio, Deck Railing and Steps to Lake Area

Again, this Lake St. Louis customer came back to PSI for a colored stamped patio, wood and metal deck railing and wide steps leading to the lake area. The customer picked an Italian Seamless Slate pattern, Khaki concrete color with a Colina Tan release. From a smaller patio area to a much larger outside living space, this project came together. Trench Drain Installation in Parking Lot

This commercial property drainage system was in plastic and undersized to handle the amount of water it was supposed to carry. Because of heavy traffic, the drain was also crushed in several areas. PSI saw cut the concrete, removed  concrete/gravel and old drainage system and replaced it with a commercial grade drainage system in concrete with 12" cast iron grates. Built to Last!

New Paint Booth Pit and Service Entrance Opening

This automotive dealership wanted to install a new paint booth and service entrance opening to an existing building. PSI was called on by the mechanical contractor to install the paint booth pit per drawings and provide an opening in the wall for a new service door. Completed per contract and now waiting a new downdraft paint booth and overhead door assembly

Loading Dock Repairs

Repairs were needed quickly to this loading dock in Ferguson, Mo. The old dock plate was held in by four (4) 1/2" anchors x 6" long. PSI cut back the concrete dock area to good concrete, installed six (6) 3/4" threaded rod by 24" long and formed them into  the freshly poured concrete. The concrete face was finished and allowed to dry. The dock place was repaired and mounted to concrete dock. Customer is back in business!

Replacement of Metal Steps and Landing in Maryland Heights, Mo.

The FED X building in Maryland Heights was required to have their side exterior steps and landing replaced. Not only were the steps rusted badly but the grate treads cause a safety issues with certain types of shoes. PSI fabricated a new stair assembly off certified engineering drawings. All metal was replaced, anti slip skid plates mounted on landing, step treads and new handrails installed to code. After clean up, the entire assembly was coated with a red primer.

Charlack City Hall – Project

The officials from the municipality requested a bid to refurbish the rear entrance to the City Hall. PSI started by demoing the concrete porch floor, handrails, roof supports, stairs and garage door. During construction, the porch roof was supported by wood framework. A new concrete porch floor, metal roof supports, handrails, steps with handrails, blocked up garage door opening and finished off with new concrete adjacent to steps and in front of block wall.

Mike and Jenn’s Project – Ballwin, Mo.

Mike and Jenn wanted to build a patio off the rear of their home and adjacent to their rear entry driveway. 
The customer  picked a Charcoal color release with Ashlar Roman Slate Pattern. A very nice addition to a beautiful large yard. With the addition of outside furniture, it's time to entertain.

Lake St. Louis – Retaining Wall Project

The customer in Lake St. Louis had multiple objectives for installing several retaining walls. They wanted to divert water from the driveway area, provide a flat surface for an utility area and most important a raised flat surface for their large outside living space. The project included all the above plus a stamped/colored patio, cedar handrail with metal post and steps from patio to lake area.
